Description
A live lyophilized vaccine derived from the Newcastle disease virus strain "BOR-74" (produced by VGNKI).
The virus is cultivated in the allantoic fluid of SPF chicken embryos. The vaccine is suitable for all breeds of poultry, regardless of productivity level.

Immunity and Dosage
Method of use: injections.
The vaccine is administered intranasally (or ocularly), orally via drinking water, by aerosol, or using coarse spray.
Each dose contains at least 6.0 log₁₀ EID₅₀.
Vaccination is administered when the antibody level is low:
  • HA test (HI assay): titer < 1:8.
  • ELISA: result less than twice the positive threshold.
Initial antibody screening is recommended at 7–10 days of age.
