Description
A live vaccine based on Brucella abortus strain 19, freeze-dried in a sucrose-gelatin medium.
It has high immunogenicity and is intended for the immunization of heifers, ewe lambs, and young female goats.

Target Animals:
  • Cattle
  • Small ruminants

Immunity and Dosage
Method of use: injections.
Cattle: 4.0 ml subcutaneously in the rear third of the neck.
Small ruminants: 2.0 ml subcutaneously in the hairless area behind the elbow joint
Immunity develops 21 days after vaccination and lasts for at least one year.
Vaccination Schedule:
  • Primary vaccination: at 4–6 months of age.
  • Alternative schedule: 2 months before insemination.
  • Revaccination: after 12 months, then annually or once every two years.
